Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support the team on-site in Arkansas City, KS on a contract-to-hire basis. The role operates on a rotating on-call schedule with hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM CST.

Responsibilities include repairing, imaging, and configuring PCs and peripherals, senior-level software troubleshooting, and providing in-person end-user support at the client site. W2 only with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess solid desktop fundamentals and experience with PowerShell and Intune.
• Experience in enterprise technologies (Office365, Win10, imaging, ticketing).
• Able to troubleshoot PC hardware and software and work with end users.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors and printers.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; configure and add hardware.
• Provide in-person end-user support at the customer site.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Assist with network, server maintenance and backup procedures.
