Job summary

CompucomStaffing in Arkansas City, KS is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support the team onsite on a rotating on-call schedule. The position is a Contract to Hire opportunity with hours from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM CST.

You will repair, image, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware; install and configure devices; manage tickets in Service-now; and provide in-person end-user support at the customer site.

Qualifications

• Solid desktop fundamentals with PowerShell, Intune, and system administration.
• Experience with asset management.
• Experience with Office365 and Windows 10 Pro.

Responsibilities

• Repair, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals and configure hardware setup.
• Manage tickets with Service-now and communicate with end users on-site.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and maintenance of server equipment.
• Provide in-person end-user support at the customer site.
