Job summary

CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to support the team onsite in Norton Shores, MI. The role involves rotating on-call duties and hands-on hardware/software support for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

You will use ServiceNow and visual task boards to manage tickets, perform imaging, and maintain asset management. The position requires excellent customer service and the ability to work with end users in person at the customer site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Solid desktop fundamentals with PowerShell, Intune, and system administration.
• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10 Pro, imaging, and ticketing systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and document work using ServiceNow and team stand-ups.
• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and hardware.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; setup and configure hardware.
