Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications: maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Skills: ability to communicate technical issues with clients, drive to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria
• Complete administrative tasks for each call
• Real-time reporting of all calls
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery
• Control assets and inventory per client agreements
• Report activity accurately and timely
• Understand and follow safety policies
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
