Job summary

OSI Digital in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced desktop support specialist to provide end-user IT support onsite. The role covers troubleshooting, software installs, onboarding reviews, and ticketing-system management across Windows 10, M365, AD, and networking tasks.

You will image and repair computers, set up equipment for staff, and ensure timely resolutions of incidents and problems with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software, hardware, and network.
• Experience with Windows 10 and newer OS plus Microsoft Office 2010 through Office 365/M365.
• Strong customer service, detail orientation and deadline-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a must.

Responsibilities

• Desktop support experience including troubleshooting, configuration and software installation.
• Experience with ticketing system and reviewing onboarding requests.
• Document issues and provide ongoing troubleshooting to end users.
• Password resets and handling account information / case numbers.
• Image computers and perform minor repairs to PCs and peripherals onsite.
• Strong networking skills including IDF/MDF, switches, routers, APs.
