Job summary

SK AX USA, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to support daily IT operations at our HQ office in Duluth, GA. You will provide employee technical support, manage IT assets, and ensure security policies align with our Korea-based HQ.

Ideal candidates have hands-on IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments. This role requires bilingual Korean and English communication and a collaborative team mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
Experience with IT asset management and enterprise IT environments.
Hands-on hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and admin centers.
Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
Bilingual Korean and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for employee hardware, software, network connectivity, and OA systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and IT equipment.
Support onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and account management.
Coordinate with IT vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Manage IT asset inventory, licenses, and asset lifecycle.
Support procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT equipment.
Maintain internal IT systems, user accounts, and access permissions.
Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and related services.
Provide basic admin support for Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS as needed.
