Responsibilities include hardware repair/image, software troubleshooting, server/network support, and ensuring ticket follow-ups, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing PC hardware components; troubleshooting software (Windows, Outlook, printers).
• Strong enterprise server and network support experience.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
• Maintain and troubleshoot software and peripherals.
• Ensure tickets receive follow-up; provide timely updates.
• Assist with server installations, configurations, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Perform backups, recovery, and security procedures; manage outages.
• Diagnose network hardware and performance issues; maintain network installations.
• Provide in-person end-user support at the client site.
• Back up and protect end-user data.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist colleagues with issues.
