Job summary
Everforth Apex in Austin, TX is seeking a qualified Desktop Analyst II to provide onsite IT support to employees and contractors. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows and Mac environments, assist with new technology rollouts, and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
You will work closely with Active Directory, Azure, Intune/Autopilot, and Microsoft 365, while delivering high-touch service in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of desktop support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac environments.
- Experience with Citrix VDI, VPN, and remote work tools.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune/Autopilot, Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 end-user computing support and escalation for Tier 1.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/Mac devices and printers.
- Support remote users, VPN connectivity, and Citrix VDI environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Office 365 and Microsoft 365 apps.
- Create knowledge base articles and assist with IT initiatives.
