Everforth Apex is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for Windows devices, mobile devices, and core business apps at our Peachtree Corners, GA site. This 6-month contract to hire role requires strong troubleshooting and independent work in a fast-paced IT environment.

You will manage user accounts via MS Admin portal and Azure AD, support Intune for mobile devices, and assist with onboarding/offboarding while collaborating with IT teams on infrastructure

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on IT support in a help desk or technical support role.
• Strong proficiency with Windows 10/11, system administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms and mobile OS support (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with MS admin portal, Exchange admin portal, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, network, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot Windows laptops, including updates, drivers, and performance.
• Manage user accounts via MS Admin portal, Azure AD, and identity systems.
• Support and administer MDM solutions (Intune, Apple Manager) for corporate devices.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system; assist with onboarding/offboarding.
