• Set up and deploy new workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and login-related issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technology support requests.
• Assist with new employee onboarding, workstation setup, and account access.
• Support Windows-based environments, Apple devices, and common office technologies.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams to elevate and resolve technical issues.
• Manage basic inventory and deployment of IT equipment.
• Support office build-outs, workstation moves, and technology installations.
• Assist with badge provisioning and access-related tasks as needed.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and white-glove support to end users.
