Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of desktop support experience.
• Hands-on in Windows and Mac environments.
• Experience with Citrix VDI, AD, Azure, Intune/Autopilot, Office 365, VPN.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 2 end-user support for desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot incidents via ticketing system with timely resolutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, apps, and VPN.
• Assist with new hire tech setup and knowledge docs.
• Support Citrix VDI, conference rooms, and basic networking.
