Job summary

MSCCN in Beavercreek, OH is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our client on site. You will provide hands-on IT support, repair and refresh PC hardware, and ensure end-user issues are resolved quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management and enterprise IT support.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting for PC/laptop components.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with Office 365, Windows 10, imaging and ticketing systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and visit customer sites onsite.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors and printers.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; configure and add hardware.
• Perform IMAC tasks and assist PC refreshes for clients.
• Manage tickets; ensure follow-up and timely resolutions.
• Provide in-person end-user support at the customer site.
• Back up data and assist in process improvements.
• Assist with server and network equipment maintenance.
• Report outages and diagnose network hardware issues.
• Support network administration and emergency actions.
