Job summary

Star Source Consulting is seeking a PC Tech to manage imaging, break/fix tasks, and user support in Butler County, United States. This position involves working with Microsoft Office and other software installations, as well as troubleshooting in a steel mill environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in break/fix and re-imaging PCs.

Responsibilities

• Imaging PCs using Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and other miscellaneous software.
• Deploying and reclaiming PCs.
• Interacting with users, troubleshooting issues, and providing brief training.
