Qualifications

• Candidate must be a US Citizen and eligible for security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in PC Support/Help Desk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, AD, networking, and basic Linux.
• Ability to deliver courteous, professional user support and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and professional support to users and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate setup of computing resources and installation of required software.
• Mentor other team members as needed.
• Respond promptly to internal user requests for support/troubleshooting while following procedures.
• Maintain smooth operation of multi-user/multi-platform computer systems (desktops and servers).
• Monitor and manage system resources (CPU, disk, response times).
