CompucomStaffing is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join the team onsite in Beavercreek, OH. The role involves repairing and configuring PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals, while delivering excellent on-site end-user support.

Responsibilities include hardware imaging, software troubleshooting, and supporting IMAC events for printer migrations and PC refreshes. Strong customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with asset management.
• Strong understanding or work experience of server and network support within an enterprise.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude to deliver customer experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of diagnosing and repairing PC hardware and software.
• Experience with enterprise technologies (Office 365, Win10 Pro, imaging, ticketing).
• Experience supporting applications related to engineering, manufacturing, and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair, test, image and clean PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot software and peripherals; set up, configure, and add hardware.
• Perform IMAC events for printer migration and PC refreshes.
• Ensure tickets requiring follow-up receive attention.
• Provide on-site end-user support and face-to-face interaction.
• Assist in improving current IT processes and documentation.
