Astreya is seeking an IT End User Support Specialist (L4) in New York, NY to deliver advanced onsite and remote support in a fast-paced enterprise. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, networking, and collaboration tools, and manage multiple support channels while delivering white-glove service to executives and teams.

The role requires deep Windows/macOS/Linux experience, Intune/MDM, VPN, and Office 365/Teams skills, with ITIL processes, strong communication, and proactive

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on IT End User Support in medium-to-large enterprises.
Experience supporting executive leadership and high-availability environments.
Strong ability to manage multiple channels (walk-ups, phone, chat, tickets) and deliver superior service.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced onsite and remote end-user support for hardware, software, OS, and collaboration tools.
Diagnose complex issues and perform root-cause analysis before escalation.
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledge articles.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
