Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of Desktop and AV support experience OR in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma/GED and minimum 4 years of Desktop and AV/IT experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with A/V equipment configuration and troubleshooting.
• Willing to work in New Rochelle office full time and travel 1–2 times per year for offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, courteous Desktop Support to employees.
• Handle inbound service requests via phone, chat, email, or ticket system.
• Set up and configure new machines.
• Keep inventory up to date.
• Participate in IT projects as needed.
• Test systems daily and escalate issues.
• Provide training and support to business users.
• Deliver a high level of customer support to leadership.
• Support digital studio video/audio recordings and teleprompter setup.
