Job summary

CTI in the United States is seeking an On-Site AV Support Technician to deliver dedicated on-site technical support for audio visual and unified communications systems in enterprise environments. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize AV setups, support meetings, and coordinate with Help Desk and clients to keep systems reliable.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, collaboration with teams, and the ability to manage multiple AV projects and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting audio visual, unified communications, or related technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting conference room AV systems.
• CTS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated on-site technical support for AV and UC systems.
• Serve as first/second-level responder for AV, conferencing, IPTV, Barco video wall, and control room technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document service reports.
