Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to provide on-premises support for customers at client sites in New York. You will work with the Customer, management, Global Helpdesk, and SIG teams to deliver world-class service.

Day-to-day tasks include setting up conference spaces, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning AV equipment, and providing client training as needed. Travel to various sites is required, with a focus on safety and professional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Setup and breakdown of conference spaces to meet event needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on technology and hardware components.
• Clean AV equipment including lenses, monitors, and fans.
• Maintain site documentation and provide client training as needed.
• Provide timely support, install non-complex AV components, and assist with video/audio recording.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams in a professional manner.
• Adhere to local safety standards for all site duties.
• Setup, operate and troubleshoot audio/video systems.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
