Job summary

MMD Services Inc. is seeking a Senior AV & IT Support Technician for its NYC onsite office. You will own AV standards, work with senior executives, and ensure reliable, discreet technical support across conferences and events.

The role requires hands‑on AV/UC management, experience with Zoom Rooms, Logitech environments, and AV‑over‑IP systems, with a focus on high-visibility, quality outcomes in a dynamic corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Senior‑level enterprise AV support experience.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms administration.
• Experience supporting executive‑level events.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior‑level AV, conferencing, collaboration, and end‑user tech support.
• Assist with imaging, workstation deployment, monitor setup, peripherals and troubleshooting.
• Lead or participate in AV projects and IT initiatives (≈20% of role).
• Collaborate with AV, end‑user, infra, engineering teams, vendors, and MSPs.
