Qualifications

• 2-3 years of deskside support experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot printers, desktops, and laptops.
• Familiarity with network protocols like DHCP and DNS.
• Excellent communication skills for technical information.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and schedule adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside support to end-users on a client location.
• Diagnose and repair end-user system and peripheral device failures.
• Troubleshoot network devices for connectivity.
