Job summary

Pomeroy is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician in Cary, IL. You will provide deskside support to business end users and ensure service needs are met with top-tier support.

Role requires 1–2 years help desk experience, basic computer skills, and strong communication. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, and 401k. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm with potential involvement in AV and asset management tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years help desk experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Responds to tickets and escalations.
• Provide walk-in on-site end-user support.
• Assist with AV support as necessary.
• Provide smart hands to Level 3 teams (Networking, AV).
• Assist with asset disposition and Asset Management.
• 2nd point of contact for escalated requests.
• Assist with on-site client projects and new business acquisition.
• Support back-office tasks (Account management).
