Responsibilities include IMACD tasks, break/fix support, imaging and deployment of endpoints, and end-user assistance. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide support. This is a long term opportunity with the duration of a year, with the possibility of extension.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform IMACD tasks
• Provide break/fix support
• Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints
• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
• Support asset handling
• Perform ticket updates
• Provide end-user support
• Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests
• Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records
• Assist to coordinate escalations

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred in enterprise deskside / field support
• Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting
• Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD
• Strong onsite customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
• Ability to document work accurately
• Strong collaboration skills

Wage Range

The hourly rate for this position is between $21.31- $28.41 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
