CompucomStaffing, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc., is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to join our client onsite in Miami, FL for a long-term opportunity with potential extension.

Responsibilities include IMACD tasks, break/fix support, imaging and deployment of endpoints, and end-user assistance. The role requires strong customer service and the ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise deskside / field support.
• Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD.
• Strong onsite customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to document work accurately.
• Strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMACD tasks.
• Provide break/fix support.
• Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints.
• Perform hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Support asset handling.
• Perform ticket updates.
• Provide end-user support.
• Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests.
• Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records.
• Assist to coordinate escalations.
