Coforge Limited is seeking a Desk Side Support Technician to maintain the desktop computing environment and resolve issues escalated from the Service Desk. You will perform in-person desk side visits or remote assistance to fix client PC problems.

Responsibilities include hardware/software support for PCs, printers, phones, mobile devices, projectors and conference AV equipment; IMACD tasks; asset management; and incident documentation while collaborating with other resolver groups.

Formación

• Experience in desktop support environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PC hardware and software support, including printers and AV equipment.
• Mobile device and remote connectivity support for users.
• Perform IMACD activities and system reimaging as needed.
• Diagnose hardware issues and manage spare parts inventory.
• Follow incident procedures and document fixes in the ticketing system.
