Job summary

Jacobs Solutions Inc. is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX.

You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification, and guide multi-discipline turnover activities to ensure on-time completion and handover to CQV Startup/Commissioning. The role requires 6+ years of turnover experience on data center projects, strong cross-discipline coordination, and the ability to work onsite for the duration of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Turnover experience on data center projects or equivalent mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure on critical infrastructure systems.
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to spend long hours on an active construction site with PPE.
• Must be onsite for the duration of the work.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to standardize turnover processes across different locations.
• Track record coordinating multi-site teams and ensuring deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnover activities and coordinate field verification and documentation of systems.
• Guide construction, subcontractor, and client personnel through the scope of multi-discipline systems.
• Collaborate with field quality and subcontractors to ensure testing and documentation requirements.
• Oversee pre-commissioning activities such as megger and continuity, testing and balancing, chemical cleaning and flushing, and pressure testing.
• Utilize the ACC digital platform for punchlist entry, system testing reviews, and turnover package assembly.
• Provide a planned and documented turnover approach to the CQV Startup/Commissioning team per the P6 schedule.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management / Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering
