Jacobs in Robstown, TX seeks a Turnover Manager to lead field verification and turnover activities on a pharma/data center project. You will manage a diverse team, read P&IDs, coordinate with construction and CQV teams, and drive timely turnover in line with the P6 schedule.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.
• Ability to spend continuous hours on an active construction site with PPE.
• Onsite for the duration of the work.
• OSHA 10 Certification; GDP familiarity.
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Manage field verification and documentation of systems on an active construction site.
• Lead walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to close punch lists.
• Coordinate turnover activities with CQV teams per the P6 schedule.
• Read P&IDs, line diagrams, panel layouts, and CSA drawings.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ensure quality and safety during turnover and handover processes.
