Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team to manage walkdowns, testing, and turnover documentation, guiding subcontractors and clients through multi-disciplinary systems.

You’ll use the ACC platform for punchlist entry, coordinate with project controls, and ensure timely turnover to the CQV team in alignment with the P6 schedule. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover on pharma/biotech or data center projects.
• Experience reading P&IDs and system diagrams on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and turnover activities on an active site.
• Coordinate with construction, subcontractors, and CQV for punch list closure.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Manage handover of facilities to the CQV team per the P6 schedule.
