Job summary

Jacobs in Robstown, TX is seeking a Turnover Manager to lead field turnover activities on an active data center project. You will coordinate with construction, CQV, and client teams to drive walkdowns, testing readiness, and proper documentation for turnover packages.

Responsibilities include reading P&ID diagrams, managing multi-site turnover programs, and using Autodesk Construction Cloud to assemble turnover packages, ensuring alignment with the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or engineering.
• 6+ years of turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology or data center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients.
• Experience supervising cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation during turnover.
• Coordinate with construction QA/QC and subcontractors on walkdowns.
• Read P&ID diagrams, line diagrams, and CSA drawings per scope.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ensure timely turnover of systems to the CQV team per schedule.
• Utilize ACC platform for punchlist entry and reviews.
