Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of customer service or similar experience.
• Associate degree or coursework in business/communications preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, ServiceNow or similar ticketing platform, and CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
