Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions providing support and solutions.
• Assist customers with equipment activation, password resets, account updates, and service plan management.
• Educate customers on satellite internet products, features, pricing, and installation processes.
• Recommend appropriate plans and hardware based on customer needs.
• Process service orders and account requests accurately.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.
• Meet and exceed sales, conversion, and quality performance goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Continuously expand product knowledge through coaching and training.
