Ibex Pittsburgh is seeking a motivated Customer Support & Sales Representative to help customers connect to satellite internet and promote tailored plans. You’ll learn product details on a fast-paced, energetic team and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Paid training and growth opportunities are offered, with in-person shifts at the Beckley, WV location. The role blends support duties with sales objectives and requires a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but training is provided.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain technical information to everyday customers.
• Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers.
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound interactions to provide customer support while promoting satellite internet.
• Provide support with activating equipment, password resets, service plan management and general information inquiries.
• Complete service order requests and negotiate when needed.
• Create a positive customer experience through empathy, patience, and issue resolution.
• Clearly explain product benefits, speed, installation details, and service availability.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and quality metrics.
• Accurately process orders, update customer information, and document interactions.
• Collaborate with leaders and trainers to improve product knowledge.
