You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with accounts, products, services, online platforms, and basic technical issues.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service and technical support through phone, email, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues related to accounts, online platforms, systems, products, or services.
• Document customer interactions, resolutions, and escalation details accurately.
• Manage multiple customer interactions and priorities in a fast-paced support environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat in a professional and helpful manner.
• Assist customers with account access, online platform navigation, product questions, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Identify customer issues, walk customers through step-by-step solutions, and escalated complex concerns when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes to provide accurate support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and share feedback on recurring customer concerns.
