TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle inbound consumer inquiries, document interactions, and resolve issues from a home office. This role requires strong communication and the ability to manage information in company systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team fostered environment and multi-task in a flexible schedule.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling customer information.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via inbound telephone calls with consumers.
• Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information; document and update records in required systems.
• Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.
• Maintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls; escalate to management as needed.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations as directed by management or during training.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
