Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. in Peachtree Corners, GA is hiring a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative to respond to daily customer requests and issues, document interactions, and identify solutions.

This on-site role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork; training starts Oct 5, 2026 with 3 weeks of training followed by nesting, and then hours Mon–Fri 7am–9pm EST and Sat 7am–6pm EST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues via various communications.
• Document interactions accurately in required systems.
• Identify root causes and determine resolutions.
• Maintain and organize backup information for payment postings.
• Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain value of non-regulated products where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
