Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support customers from home. You will discuss products, address inquiries, and document account details in the client system.

Ideal candidates are detail oriented with call-center experience, adept at managing attendance, and able to meet KPIs. Training is provided and benefits may be offered after eligibility.

Qualifications

Detail oriented with ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong call handling skills and high professionalism.
Excellent attendance and reliability in shift work.
1–2 years in a call center environment preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Discuss and recommend additional products and services during calls.
Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
Document account information accurately in client system.
Explain account status and inquiries to customers.
Adhere to state and federal regulations.
Assist delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
Discuss additional products and services to customers on calls.
Utilize strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
