Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.

• Organized with good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily customer requests, inquiries, and issues via various correspondence.
• Document and update systems accurately for each work event.
• Identify root causes and determine resolutions.
• Maintain backup information for payment postings.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Explain value of non-regulated products where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
