Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Malvern, PA. This onsite role supports customers through the order lifecycle, including quoting, order processing, billing, account support, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, order management, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms; Salesforce and SAP preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pricing, product availability, order status, delivery, invoicing, and account questions.
• Process customer quotes and orders while ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
• Manage customer cases, orders, and account information within Salesforce and SAP.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, returns, expedited orders, and other customer service issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Planning, and IT to resolve customer-impacting concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and support ongoing process and service improvements.
