Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to join a leading global industrial automation company on site in Malvern, PA. The role supports the full customer lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, billing, and issue resolution while leveraging Salesforce and SAP to ensure accurate data and smooth workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, engagement, order processing, or related experience.
• Hands-on experience using ERP and CRM systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience with SAP order entry/SD processes including pricing, ATP, and credit memos.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to handle escalations professionally.
• Proven track record meeting quality, productivity, and SLA metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone and email on pricing, delivery, and order status.
• Own issues from diagnosis to resolution, coordinating with internal teams.
• Create and process quotes and orders in SAP, verifying inventory and pricing.
• Handle billing discrepancies, expedited orders, returns, and pricing exceptions.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and SAP, including ATP checks.
• Identify recurring issues and propose workflow improvements.
• Assist onboarding and train others on Salesforce and SAP.
• Meet quality, productivity, SLA, and order-accuracy metrics.
