Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support customer operations in Malvern, PA. You will manage the full customer lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, order management, billing, and issue resolution, serving as the primary contact across phone, email, Salesforce, and SAP.

The role requires multi-platform coordination, accurate data handling, and professional communication to uphold customer ownership and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, customer engagement, or order fulfillment experience.
• Experience utilizing ERP and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and order-processing metrics.
• Demonstrated customer ownership and follow-through from issue identification through resolution.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
