Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, customer engagement, or order fulfillment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience utilizing ERP and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and order-processing metrics.
• Demonstrated customer ownership and follow-through from issue identification through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle including quoting, order entry, order management, billing, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers with professional communication across channels.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, planning, and IT teams to ensure accurate, timely processing of orders and inquiries.
