Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to join a leading industrial automation and manufacturing technology organization in Malvern, PA. This onsite role will support customers throughout the order lifecycle, including quoting, order processing, billing, account support, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with pricing and availability, processing quotes and orders, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and SAP, while collaborating

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer service, order management or order fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms, Salesforce and SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with pricing, product availability, order status, delivery, invoicing, and account questions.
• Process customer quotes and orders while ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and delivery information.
• Manage customer cases, orders, and account information within Salesforce and SAP.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, returns, expedited orders, and other customer service issues.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Planning, and IT to resolve customer-impacting concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and support ongoing process and service improvements.
