Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to join a leading industrial automation and manufacturing technology organization in Malvern, PA. This onsite role will support customers throughout the order lifecycle, including quoting, order processing, billing, account support, and issue resolution.

You will assist customers with pricing and availability, process quotes and orders, manage cases in Salesforce and SAP, resolve billing discrepancies, and collaborate with Sales,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, order management, or order fulfillment experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms; Salesforce and SAP strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Compensation of the Customer Engagement Representative

• Pay Rate: $25/hr
• Location: Malvern, PA – Onsite
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
