Job summary

Piper Companies in Malvern, PA is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support the full customer lifecycle, including quoting, order entry, order management, billing and issue resolution. You will be the primary customer contact across Salesforce and SAP, delivering professional communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements include 4+ years in customer service or order fulfillment, a high school diploma (associate/bachelor's preferred), and experience with ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service, engagement, or order fulfillment experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems in a customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet quality, productivity, and order-processing metrics.
• Demonstrated customer ownership and follow-through from issue identification through resolution.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone and email.
• Manage quoting, order entry, order management, billing, and issue resolution.
• Serve as primary contact across Salesforce and SAP.
• Collaborate across sales, finance, planning, and IT teams.
