Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to support our Sheboygan, WI box plant. This role acts as the primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers, ensuring accurate orders and dependable deliveries.

You will manage customer accounts, maintain data, enter orders, and coordinate shipments while collaborating with Quality Assurance to address feedback and root causes. On-site five days a week, with OT and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with customers.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel for spreadsheets with formulas.
• Experience with record-keeping documentation.
• Willingness to work OT, weekends and travel 5–10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts through proactive communication by phone and email, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status and production data.
• Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple accounts with accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Follow up on customer feedback with QA to identify root causes and provide solutions.
