Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or operational experience in a fast-paced environment such as corrugated manufacturing.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across departments and with customers.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing data and account accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the order process from entry to delivery with accuracy and urgency.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for inventory and order status.
• Coordinate with shipping, production, and QA teams.
• Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple accounts with precision.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable duties as needed.
• Provide proactive customer communication by phone and email.
