Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Sheboygan, WI is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to act as the primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers. This onsite role focuses on accurate orders, superior service, and timely deliveries.

You will manage customer accounts, maintain inventories and data spreadsheets, enter orders and changes, coordinate shipments, and participate in business reviews and onboarding activities with customers, five days a week onsite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with customers.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel with ability to create spreadsheets using formulas to track, calculate and analyze data
• Experience with record-keeping management/documentation
• Willingness to work OT, weekends and travel 5-10% of the time as required to support the business

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts via phone and email, coordinating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status, and production data.
• Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple accounts accurately.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to address customer feedback and identify root causes.
• Attend periodic customer visits for business reviews or onboarding
