Georgia-Pacific in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator to manage the order lifecycle from entry to delivery. You will serve as the main liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers, ensuring accurate orders and exceptional service daily.

The role emphasizes high-accuracy order entry, cross‑functional communication, and light accounting tasks in a fast-paced plant environment. This onsite position reports to the Huntsville Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment such as corrugated manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross‑department relationships.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts with proactive phone and email communication and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status, and production data.
• Enter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple accounts with accuracy.
• Coordinate shipments with the shipping department.
• Support accounts payable/receivable duties as needed.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) daily.
