Job summary

Anatomage Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple departments at our San Jose HQ. You will manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding while maintaining a positive candidate experience and partnering with HR and hiring managers.

This mid-level role requires strong sourcing, interview coordination, and knowledge of California employment laws. Local onsite work four days a week is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently manage and execute full-cycle recruitment across departments.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and the HR team.
• Navigate ambiguity with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experienced in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and multi-state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary corporate recruiter, independently managing full-cycle recruitment across all departments—from intake and sourcing through selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, ATS platforms, professional networks, and other established channels.
• Review inbound resumes and conduct initial candidate phone screens, providing evaluations and recommendations.
• Prepare recruitment materials and manage job postings across applicable boards.
• Facilitate recruiting events, career fairs, and other hiring activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the ATS.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and candidates.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Provide a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HR on role requirements, market conditions, and compensation considerations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and confidentiality in handling data.
