Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle at client sites, partnering with hiring managers and onsite leadership to build talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will source, screen, interview, and manage offers, while maintaining compliant records and contributing to recruiting metrics. This is an onsite role requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to engage with large groups at events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate outreach.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, evaluate fit and experience.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate decisions.
• Maintain ATS pipelines and compliant records.
• Manage pre-employment steps including background checks and drug screens.
• Support new hire onboarding and ongoing engagement.
